Since Valentines Day I received a book " How to be HAPPY" and at first I was wondering why would someone give me a book like this as if I'm a sad person HA! Well, since I've been reading this book it really helps me to keep a positive mind and I thought I'd share some positive vibes but first, a little life update.....
The year started great, January was exciting times. It's March now and I think it's time to start thinking about the next steps in my career. Sometimes you can get caught up in the day to day grind and not look forward, so these motivational books are helping me feel excited about what's next to come. Motivational reads can really help make you feel better about yourself, your career and your goals once you put what you read into action. I'd like to share something every week and I hope you all take something from it.
Take A Break
With all that's been going on I am so excited for my upcoming travels in the next few weeks, I'll be on vacation with my family and I am just so happy about our little getaway. It will be a very busy trip seeing family and friends. I will definitely be taking loads of photos, once my camera doesn't act up and go crazy on me like when I went to Paris two years ago HA!
On this holiday I hope to take my little man to Disneyland but lets see how it goes. (That made my face lit up like a little firefly with the biggest smile)
How To Be Happy
. Never apologise for being you and don't let anyone make you feel bad.
It's Important to recognise the people in your life who feed your negative thinking or belittle you. Don't feel obliged to spend time with them, life is too short to waste time on people who don't have your best interests at heart.
