Denim shorts is always a staple piece for summer days especially when its unbearably hot outside. They are prefect to wear even at night if styled correctly with the right top, shoes and accessories. Short shorts can be a bit daring but they're different lengths to choose from. Here I went for mostly mid-length which I find to be easier to switch from day to night but whatever length you fancy it's out there for you so happy short shorts shopping ladies.

Hats can be cool to wear if its styled right and summer is definitely a time to make a statement with a straw hat. The trend is very flattering when both men and women wear it. This is a refreshing trend and whether it's a Boater or a Fedora they can be worn with everything.
This Fedora hat is perfect for a sunny day out, paired with this ruffle sleeve wrap dress and denim embroidered sandals. Which most would probably pair with denim shorts or a jeans pant. Fun right? Now go have a wonder around at the park and grab an ice-cream

Denim on denim always be one of my go-to style. Its one of those looks that I couldn't see myself not wearing. I find it timeless. Since coming back from my holiday's I've been wearing denim a lot its just easy to wear and you'll look cool without even trying.
This Jacket that I am wearing is a shirt dress that so happens to work perfectly for this look because i couldn't find my denim jacket. HA! I paired the denims with a similar wash to make the look a bit more cohesive. A touch of brown added a bit of sophistication and finished off the look.
By the way I am in love with these jeans. The fit is fantastic, gives great shape to the bottom half of my body and they are my go-to jeans at the moment.
If you love the all denim trend what would be your go-to piece or pieces. Leave me a comment, I would love to know.

I am such a lucky girl to have celebrated my birthday in Croatia a few weeks back. I spent my afternoon in a town called Cavtat and had lunch at Leut. Leut is a seafood restaurant known to be very popular because of the public faces that dine there and the food is excellent. So, now I see why.
This was my last day in Croatia so I wanted wear a print that screams summer and I wore a two piece tailored tropical graphic suit and paired it with a blue vest and black mules. It turned out to be a good look for summer which I was very happy with, because I had this in my closet since mid march. This trend has been all the rave since Spring 16' and still trending and could do with a space inside your closet. Trust your girl on this one.
Happy Weekend and One Love to you all.
Gingham trend has officially taken over the Spring 17 runways and I am mad about it! I planned a four day trip to Jamaica and this print had to be a part of my what to wear ideas. I decided to pair red and blue gingham together because of the meaning it has in Jamaica. Red Gingham is a checked print fabric and a version of it was a traditional style in Jamaica and is now worn on occasion in schools. So, I wanted to give a nod to the trend in Jamaica with colours that suited my skin perfectly and I enjoyed every bit of it.
Gingham is definitely a trend that can suit everyone, you can wear it to prep up your style or even by adding bit of freshness to your wardrobe instead of going for the expected floral print for spring/summer trend. I would suggest that you get on board with the gingham trend if you're not already and have some fun with it, like I did.
Have a great day. One love x
Many years ago, striped tees made from cotton or wool made their debut in France. The tee was made with a boat neckline and given to navy seamen as a uniform known as mariniére. It was very functional and allowed sailors to dress quickly without the fuss.
Stripes are officially a classic item to have in your closet, for your daytime or night out wear. All you need to do is switch up a few pieces and accessories to complete the look. With many types of striped garments showcased on the runways for SS17 there was so much to pick and choose from, it got me excited and trust me you will be too. The latest colours will blow your mind.
The stripe trend is very nautical so red or blue is a great pairing with this classic Breton theme like the one that I am wearing in the picture below. You can always wear an unexpected colour with it to add a modern freshness.
Stripes are everywhere, it's definitely a spring summer staple and forever will be. So, get your stripe on ladies and gents!
